Yes, you can.
Pinch transaction limits on standard accounts are $10,000 for bank transfers and $30,000 for credit card transfers. This is to protect us and you from extreme chargeback risk. However if you have a trusted customer who wishes to pay a larger invoice through Pinch via Credit Card you may request to have your account re-verified for large transactions by emailing compliance@getpinch.com.au and asking to have your account limits increased. We will assess the chargeback risk of the specific transaction among other things and if approved will adjust your limit.
Please note the bank transfer limit cannot be increased, only credit card limits. Ensure that you have at least 2 years of company financials ready for us to review.
