Yes, and there are two different ways that your Bookkeeper or Accountant can access your Pinch account if you desire them to.
Option 1. UserYou add them as a unique user to your account in the same manner as anyone else from the "Users" section
*Important to note: If your Bookkeeper or Accountant already has their own Pinch account, or is a user on another Merchants Pinch account they will need to use a unique email address during user creation. Otherwise the system will detect that they already have an account and error.
Option 2. Partner Permissions
If your bookkeeper needs access to your account and/or other Pinch merchant accounts then they will need to become a Pinch Partner.
The Pinch Partner program allows your Bookkeeper to have access to your Pinch account via our Partner permissions without needing to be added as a user to each account. You can reach out to us on support@getpinch.com.au to request that your bookkeeper be contacted about the partner program, or they can do this themselves.
