If you are looking to migrate from an existing payments platform to Pinch Payments most major platforms offer a migration service which Pinch can utilise to move your standing agreements into our platform.
The process varies from provider to provider, but the process always starts by contacting Pinch to first confirm if we can support the specific platform you are migrating from. From there you should contact your provider and request a transfer of the DDR export / card tokenisation export.This is made available to Pinch on the providers SFTP server, and they provide a access key to allow us to securely export this information into Pinch.
Depending on the amount of records that require adding to the Pinch account a fee is involved. Please contact support@getpinch.com.au to get a quote on the cost associated with this migration exercise.
*Your existing provider may have their own fees associated with migration of payment data which is not governed by Pinch and is it's own expense to account for.
