You can now edit dishonour emails, as well as customer portal invite and invoice issued emails
We have rolled out some enhancements to the way you can control emails Pinch sends.
1. You can now fully customise the content in the invoice issued and customer portal invitation emails.
2. You can now add extra supporting text to the dishonour emails your customers receive - this is particularly good if you want to notify them of possible actions you intend to take such as account disconnection/discontinuation of service etc.
This is in addition to the functionality already there to customise the subject lines and content of the pre-approval and pre-approval confirmation. All of which can be edited on the emails tab on this screen. https://app.getpinch.com.au/Config
