This depends on the payment method used to make the payment. You find the payment method by clicking on the invoice within the Pinch portal.
Debit / Credit Cards
This covers all domestic and international Visa / Mastercard payments. Funds will generally take 2 business days, assuming no public holidays within the time-frame of the transaction.
Bank Accounts
This covers payments from any Australian bank account using the Direct Debit system. Funds will generally take 5 business days, assuming no public holidays within the time-frame of the transaction. Please read this article to learn more about why bank transfers take longer than credit card payments.
