How do I close my Pinch Account?

Whether you are moving to a different provider, or Pinch wasn't right for you the process for closing your Pinch account is simple.

Want to completely close your Pinch account and have done transactions in the past? Here is what you need to do. 

Inside of Pinch

1. Disconnect your accounting System from Pinch via the Integrations tab. 
2. Cancel any scheduled payments from the Scheduled Payment section in the Payment Tab
3. Cancel any outstanding Plans / Subscriptions from the Plans and Subscriptions tab

4. Download any transaction reports or settlement reports prior to closure
5. Inform Pinch that you wish the close your account so it can be disabled. 

In your accounting Software. 

1. Remove Pinch Payments from your invoice template

Looking to take a break? Here is what you need to do. 


1. Disconnect your accounting System from Pinch via the Integrations tab. 
2. Cancel any scheduled payments from the Scheduled Payment section in the Payment Tab
3. Cancel any outstanding Plans / Subscriptions from the Plans and Subscriptions tab
