My Customer never received their Refund?
Ensure that the Refund is showing as Complete in Pinch and that at least 10 business days has passed since the initial Refund Request date and at least 5 business days has passed since the Refund Completed date.
Email hello@getpinch.com.au or click here to request support. Be sure to send a message with the Invoice Number, Refund Amount, Invoice Reference, and a copy of the Customer's Bank or Card Statement for that period (you will need to request this from your Customer).
