Pooltrackr now supports an even better experience when combined with Pinch through a Xero connection.
What is Pooltrackr?
Pooltrackr is your one-stop pool and spa management platform, pool service software with integrated water testing, customers and pools, tech app, GPS, IoT, billing, accounts, inventory, point-of-sale.
What is the integration with Pinch and Pooltrackr?
When both Pinch and Pooltrackr are connected to a Xero account it opens up a number of quality of life features that can be accessed within Pooltrackr to help you save time handling day to day tasks.
Pay with Pinch button
The first feature available within Pooltrackr is a "Pay with Pinch" button that can be added to the invoices within Pooltrackr so you can more quickly get directly to the payment page for an invoice without having to leave Pooltrackr.
To enable this feature you will need to do the following:
- Make sure both Pooltrackr and Pinch are connected to the same Xero account

Contact Pooltrackr support team to enable Pinch integration in your Pooltrackr account.
Pinch Plus Chrome Extension
The Pinch Plus Chrome extension now works within Pooltrackr. This extension adds a side panel to your browser while you are navigating Pooltrackr and when you are viewing a Contact or an Invoice in Pooltrackr it will show you data from your Pinch account related to what you are looking at within Pooltrackr.To enable this chrome extension you will need to do the following:
- Make sure both Pooltrackr and Pinch are connected to the same Xero account
- Download Pinch Plus from the Chrome Web Store (Working with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge)
- Click on the Pinch icon in the top menu within Pooltrackr to open the side panel
