How to get help at Pinch
At Pinch we don't offer phone service, but we are absolutely renowned for our customer service anyway. We provide very fast, and very attentive help via virtual means.
For Merchants:
To raise a support request you can either email support@getpinch.com.au or use the form found here.
Please be as descriptive as possible and provide screenshots if you believe it will help.
We try to get back to all requests within 2 business days however we know that our service is essential to your business so if it is very important you can rest assured it will be handled more promptly as we review them by the end of the same business day.
For Customers/Payers:
It is always best to raise your support request direct to your supplier of service as our agreements with them often limit us from being able to make actions on their behalf. If you feel the need to contact us anyway please note we may simply forward your response on to your supplier and there is no guaranteed response unless it's an emergency.
