      Setting up Pinch and Oncord

      This article explains how to connect your Oncord account to Pinch Payments.

      IMPORTANT: It requires you to already have an Oncord account and a Pinch account connected to your preferred Accounting Software before connecting Pinch to Oncord for payments.

      STEP 1: Connecting your Oncord account to Pinch

      1. Click on Integrations from the left menu and then click on Enable Oncord from the Connect to Oncord option. 

      2. Once you see the green banner saying Successfully updated the status of Oncood, locate the API Keys section on the page.  You will be copying the Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Publishable Key into the Merchant Account Settings section of your QuickB2B account settings in the next step.

      3. Copy the Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Publishable Key from Pinch into the matching fields in the Merchant Account Settings section of your QuickB2B account settings.  Ensure Live More is set to On, and then click Save.
