Using Pinch without an ABN?

If you are looking to use Pinch for your business which is not registered with ASIC, is an NFP, or another business type, this article will provide you with information on supplementary documents we need to assist your application.

Trusts
If you operate a trust the verification process can be extended depending on your trust structure and we will likely reach out to you to determine the next steps. 

It helps to provide any trust deeds as well as identifying the UBOs within the structure of your trust for our review.   

Partnerships 
If the Partnership is regulated by a professional association we may require the association status of relevant members, and a written note of authority from these members. 

Incorporated Associations (Including Body Corps)

  1. We need evidence that the associate exists
  2. And that you are associated with that organisation (Statement by a Supplier
    And possibly in addition,
  3. Any unique identification number issued to your by the cooperative by the relevant registration body

Unincorporated Association

  1. We need evidence that the associate exists
  2. And that you are associated with that organisation (Statement by a Supplier
    And possibly in addition,
  3. Any unique identification number issued to your by the cooperative by the relevant registration body

Registered Cooperatives

  1. We need evidence that the cooperative exists
  2. And that you are associated with that cooperative (Statement of Supplier
    And possibly in addition,
  3. Any unique identification number issued to your by the cooperative by the relevant registration body

If you don't fall into any of these categories then it's unlikely that Pinch will be able to satisfy the requirements of our various providers and compliance requirements.
