MYOB transactions not appearing in Pinch at all? They're probably recurring invoices.
Unfortunately MYOB doesn't support the querying of recurring transactions. That means if you set up your invoices to recur in MYOB, we can't see them and pull them into Pinch.
In this case, you would be better off either creating invoices one at a time, or setting up a payment plan in Pinch for recurring payments.
If that's not the answer, some other possibilities might be.
- Your MYOB account has disconnected from Pinch, go into Integrations and disconnect and reconnect your MYOB integration.
- The invoice is in Draft in MYOB.
- The invoice has already been marked as paid in MYOB.
