How-to Article | Updating your Organisation Details in Pinch

  1. Log into your Pinch account.

  2. Click on Config from the left menu.


  3. Click on the Organisation Details tab.


  4. Your Company Display Name is the business name you are trading under (ensure you have registered this trading name or we will need to use your Company Legal Name as your trading name).


  5. Your Company Legal Name is the legal business entity behind the ABN you are trading under.


  6. Your ABN should match the registered entity you are trading under.


  7. Your Time Zone should reflect your head office's or main business site's time zone (this will affect things like Settlement runs and other communications from Pinch). 


  8. Your Contact Email Address is the email Pinch will send all business related emails to (Failed Payment Notifications, Settlement Processing Alerts, and other important emails like Chargeback Notifications).  Please ensure this email is monitored regularly by your business. 


  9. Your Website should be the main website address for your business.  Either where customer find you online to engage in your services or where they signup or buy your services from. 


  10. The Nature of Business should be a brief overview of the services your business offers and will be accepting payments for through Pinch. 


  11. Your Address should be the main address for your business.  If your business does not have a physical address this address should reflect the address where the majority of your business operations are conducted from.


  12. Your Telephone Number should be the best contact for your business in case Pinch needs to follow-up emails or other business related matters.  Please ensure this phone number is monitored regularly by your business. 


  13. After making any updates or changes to your Organisation Details in Pinch, click the Save Changes button.
