So you've uploaded documents, now what?
After you have uploaded your documentation it usually takes between 2-5 business days for us to get back to you. In the meantime you are free to use the platform to collect payments, however please be mindful that if you think there is a chance you may not pass, any payments that we receive from your customers will be automatically reversed once that decision has been made.
If you uploaded your documents more than 5 business days ago, and have not heard from us, please ensure that you are checking the email inbox you used to sign up with, and check spam. If you are sure you have not received any emails please complete the form found here and lodge a support request.
