Joining our Pinch Payments User Community

The Pinch Payments User Community is a public Facebook group where merchants, partners, and the Pinch team come together. It’s a great place to swap ideas, ask questions, pick up best practices from other businesses using Pinch, and stay across new features, events, and opportunities (like our hackathons and giveaways).

Why join?

• Learn from other users — See how other businesses are getting the most out of Pinch and share what’s working for you.
• Get the latest news first — Product updates, upcoming events, webinars, and community-only announcements.
• Ask questions & get answers — Post to the group and hear from other members and the Pinch team.
• Join in the fun — Competitions, hackathons, and community events throughout the year.

How to join

1. Head to the Pinch Payments User Community group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/pinchpayments/
2. Make sure you’re logged in to your Facebook account.
3. Click the Join group button near the top of the page.
4. Answer any short membership questions (if prompted) so we can welcome you in.
5. Once you’re approved, you’ll see the group in your Facebook feed and can start posting straight away.

Once you’re in

• Introduce yourself with a quick post — tell us about your business and how you use Pinch.
• Turn on notifications for the group so you don’t miss updates. Tap the Joined button and choose your notification preferences.
• Have a read of the pinned and featured posts to get up to speed.

Community guidelines

Keep it friendly and helpful. Please don’t share sensitive account details, customer information, or payment data in the group - for anything account-specific, contact our support team instead.
