Reconnect My Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks Integration

Sometimes your accounting software will disconnect itself for several reasons. Here is how to force a fresh reconnect.

1. Check when you last Sync was performed (Or you got an email notification letting you know you have been disconnected" 

2. Navigate to the "Integrations" Tab inside of your Pinch Portal. 
(https://app.getpinch.com.au/Integrations)

3. A) Click "Refresh Link" within the Integration Status box. This will open up a new tab containing your accounting software log-in page. 

WARNING! 
ONLY IF NEEDED - Ask support for assistance: 

Disconnecting and reconnecting a Xero file will cause all of your Xero Configuration settings to be removed. This means Auto-debits using these template will NOT OCCUR automatically until you reconfigure these settings. 



If the Sync has been manually disconnect you will instead see a page of connectable accounting software. Select to "Use ___" option that matches your accounting software.

4. Log into the accounting software using any account information with minimum of "Advisor" level access (This is so the minimum Pinch authority exists to use the application) 


5. You Sync should now be occurring, be feel free to navigate away from the progress bar page as this sync is occurring in the background.
