Update to Pinch's Merchant Service Agreement 2026

Pinch Payment has updated its Merchant Service Agreement, in effect from March 2nd 2026. 

We are updating our Merchant Service Agreement with key changes and updates highlighted below.  

These updates will support our evolving business and features, provide additional clarity regarding payment processing, address changes with Fiserv, and more clearly outline responsibilities when creating and using a Pinch Payments account.  

Here is a summary of some of the key updates taking effect, Monday the 2nd of March 2026.  

  • We've clarified the networks Pinch Payments processes on and separated out the Tripartite Agreement for Merchants processing over $1,500,000.00 annually.  
  • We’ve outlined requirements for verification (compliance), restricted activities, and the risk reserves.  
  • We have also more clearly outlined our handling of privacy and confidential information, data security, and use.  
  • We’ve overall simplified our terms further to make the agreement easier to read and clearer from onboarding to termination.

Continued use of Pinch Payments services on or after Monday, the 30th of March 2026 confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these new terms. 

If you disagree with the updated terms, you may terminate your agreement with Pinch Payments at any time by submitting a support request to close your account via ur Support Form.
